Nag Tibba Trek Itinerary

  • Starting Point: Dehradun
  • Drive Distance: 85 km (4-5 hours) to Pantwari village
  • Trek Distance: 4.5 km (2-3 hours) to the base camp
  • Altitude: Pantwari (1,350 m) to Base Camp (2,250 m)

Begin with a scenic drive from Dehradun to Pantwari village, passing through Mussoorie and Kempty Falls. From Pantwari, embark on a gentle uphill trek through terraced farms and oak forests, reaching the base camp by evening. Enjoy a warm meal and an enchanting night under the stars.

  • Trek Distance: 10 km (6-7 hours round trip)
  • Altitude: Base Camp (2,250 m) to Nag Tibba Summit (3,022 m)

Start early to trek to the summit of Nag Tibba. Witness mesmerizing sunrise views and the snow-draped Himalayan ranges. Descend back to the base camp for lunch and trek down to Pantwari, followed by a drive back to Dehradun.

  • By Road: Regular buses and private cabs are available from Delhi, Haridwar, and Rishikesh to Dehradun.

  • Reservation shall be confirmed on the payment of the 50% advance amount by the customer. The remaining payment must be paid 10 days before the trip start.
  • Payment can be made via NEFT / RTGS / Bank Transfer / Cash / Online Reservation.
  • In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s
    preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

  • Cancellation charges are based on the total trek fee, regardless of the full or partial amount paid.
  • The cancellation policy is based on the original booking time and the original start date of the trek.
  • If the booking is cancelled 15 days or before the trek date then 100% of the booking amount will be refunded. (100% refund except for 10% service charges).
  • If the booking is cancelled 7 to 15 days or before the trek date then 60% of the booking amount will be refunded. (100% refund except for 10% service charges).
  • If cancellations are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. (100% refund except for 10% service charges).
  • No show = No refund.
  • The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
  • All applicable refunds will be done after the deduction of the transaction fee.
  • In case of government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances, we work out the best possible alternate plans or trips/treks.
  • Even if certain activities are canceled, the organization provides the best alternative but no refunds are provided.
  • If a trek/trip cannot be completed due to natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). No refund will be provided.
  • The customer will bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). The company will not be liable.
  • For any missed/unused services of the tour including the meals due to whatever reason.
  • If any client decides and/or is required to cancel the tour due to any changes made in Itinerary or trip.
  • If services of the tour are modified, varied, amended, canceled, or not utilized.
